Christmas Blessings

I am blessed with knowing some of the most wonderful blogging sisters, many of whom have become friends. At this time of year cards with little gifts tucked in arrive at our mail box and I'm overwhelmed by the beautiful hand crafted items I receive.
Most of the gifts are from the Canadian Card and Tea exchange group I belong to but others are sent in the spirit of giving.
The gorgeous antique spoon was in a dish of cranberries I served with turkey Saturday night. Thank you to all these special ladies.
After dinner we attended the Huronia Symphony  'Christmas Around the World' concert where one of the public school choirs joined them for a few carols. It was held at the church I attend with around 400 people from the community enjoying the evening. (photo borrowed from our Pastor's FB)
It's also time to show the card I received from Amy's card exchange and mine came from Bronwyn who blogs at Queen B Creative Me. Isn't this a sweet representation of the 12 Days of Christmas?
I sent Bronwyn a Holly Hobbie inspired card that I made.
You can see more of the cards at Love Made My Home. Thank you for hosting the exchange Amy.
Linking with Mosaic Monday.

  13. I went through and followed the instructions for 'no reply blogger'. It doesn't look like anything on my end has changed. It is still bringing up the "notify me" box. I thought it would be automatic, but I assume I still have to check that.
Anyway, wow! Lovely gifts from all your blog friends. Mail is still so much fun!

  21. Judith, I have really enjoyed getting to "know" you through blogging and facebook. As I was going through some of my Christmas cards, I came across the lovely one you made with the cardinal and the glittery snowflake that I received along with your giveaway mug. Again I thought to myself how lovely it was and that really need to take the time to make cards again like I used to. You certainly have received some lovely gifts from your friends. I hope you have a most wondrous Christmas and an awesome 2016!

  41. Isn't it wonderful to get such fun things in the mail? This used to be the norm and now, sadly, it rarely exists anymore. We all need to make an effort to change this. A New Year's resolution, perhaps.
