2015 in Review

It's always fun to scroll through the photos taken over the year, good memories come flooding back and surprise at the things forgotten.
That's me, a plant geek and I've been gratefully trialling flowering shrubs for Proven Winners over a number of years. Fairy gardens played a big part in my life in 2015. I created a few new ones and gave three presentations at garden clubs and was happy to see others inspired by the folk lore.
A tea granny hosting friends, many outings over the year and meeting a fellow blogger.
Bird watching has become easier with the new binoculars received for Christmas and my poor garden helper...well, he had surgery in late summer and started having focal seizures in October. He's adapting for his age (he'll be 13 in 2016) by slowing down and sleeping more and will travel with us to Florida again.
A twilight shot of the Florida house pool and view beyond the canal.
I started writing for RURAL magazine and look forward to submitting to it again in 2016.
Best wishes for a happy and healthy 2016 to my blogging friends, thank you for your friendship.

  13. John was just saying we have to move to Florida and I groaned. He assured me that that's where the fountain of youth is so, naturally, we must go. Perhaps you'll find it and sell some.

I remember lots of these photos! Always wonderful to see one of your mosaics.
