On a Sunny Day

On a sunny day we went to Woody's for lunch, a place we have frequented over the years at St. Pete's Beach on the gulf coast.
A great egret interested in what we were having for lunch.
A pelican paddled past on the sun sparkled water.
A pirate ship off in the distance.
Oh yes, and lunch.  It was a delicious combination of shrimp, clam strips and crispy fries.

  3. It looks like a great place for lunch Judith - yummy food!
    I love pelicans - they're quite comical.
Apparently we have a colony of them here in New Zealand that Department of Conservation is keeping under wraps at the moment - they must have got lost in their travels!!

  5. I was enjoying the Florida sunshine, Judith, looking at the water and wildlife, and then you distracted me with a mouthwatering plate of food.

Enjoy yourself! I wish the sharing of photos at Sunlit Sunday included the sharing of seafood.
