Cottage Life

We just spent a wonderful week away at a cottage with family at Grand Bend, ON.  The beach on Lake Huron is sandy and the swimming great for the grands as it is shallow a long way out.
My daughter helped me with my photography techniques and I read a couple of good books.
What better way to give an overview of a gorgeous sunset, kids posing on the beach and cottage life than with a collage!
I'm linking with Mary at Little Red House for Mosaic Monday.

  6. I have many fond memories of holidays at Grand Bend and at the Pinery Provincial Park when I was a child and we lived at Centralia. The last time I was there was in the mid-70's! Thanks for the memories!

  20. Hi,Judith
Love to hear that you had a great week at the cottage. Learning photography techniques is difficult! You are lucky to have a good adviser!

PS....Thank you for your comment on my uchiwa post. Many beautiful uchiwa are sold, which are ranging from very artistic ones to reasonable ones. Also free uchiwa are distributed in many places such as banks, local comunity centers and local festivals.

Men, women and children like uchiwa!

My summer vacation will start soon. I will visit my mother in Tokyo, and also visit my family grave in which my brother sleeps.
