Bouquets of Beauty

There are big, fluffy snowflakes falling as I post and emerging spring bulbs and flowers are a couple of months away for us.
My husband likes to bring me big bouquets of flowers for special occasions, and sometimes just because.  Our favourite florist knows the colours I like and so I thought I'd share the bouquets I received last year.
And, to add a touch of spring, I bought daffodils and irises at the grocery store for the kitchen last week.
Hopefully this bouquet will cheer up those of us with gardens still buried under snow.
I'm joining Tootsie for Fertilizer Friday, visit her blog to see the flowers others are flaunting.

  1. Hi Judith,
There is nothing like flowers to cheer me right up:-)) Gorgeouse bouquets!
We were predicted to have a hard winter, and the last two weeks have been warm and sunny, I am amazed my bulbs are coming up so soon! Go figure... huh?

  9. What a lucky lady you are to have such a sweet hubby. Gorgeous bouquets.
I've missed bloggerville, but with my life turned upside down it was all I could do but sometimes get out of the bed in the morning. Trying to get back to normal...whatever my new morn will be...just hope the scariness goes soon.
    Have a great weekend!

  15. Your husband treats you very specially! What lovely bouquets, and yes, they did cheer me up. It's 18 degrees Fahrenheit here and was in the 30s the past 3 days - I got out and enjoyed the "heat wave." lol
