Christmas Cloche Party

I'm linking with Marty from A Stroll Thru Life for her Christmas cloche party.

The dictionary says a cloche (pronounced klosh) is a glass or plastic cover for protecting or forcing outdoor plants.  They've now moved indoors too as a decorative bell in many forms and sizes to hold a myriad of treasures to showcase.
My first to share is tiny, in fact, labeled as a mustard container from the antique place where I bought it, but still practical enough to hold a few red holly berries.

A larger one with silver embellishments for the season.

This big one can fit much larger items under it.

  7. Hi Judith,
Your cloches look wonderful and very festive. I love these glass bells as they make everything you place underneath them look so beautiful! The mustard dish is adorable! I have one of those too but never thought of using it that way; brilliant! Thanks for sharing and have a lovely weekend.

    Christmas blessings,

  12. Beautiful cloche designs! I enjoyed seeing all of them!

The mustard container reminded me I bought some individual butter dishes last summer, and have never used them! I could have used them as little cloches! Oh, well, next time! I will use them for Christmas dinner for sure!

  13. I love these so much, Judith! I have a tiny cloche - only 6" high. I hope to purchase a larger one next year, and then perhaps I can join you all at the cloche parties! :)
Wishing you & yours a lovely day,
    ~ Zuzu
