Friday's Favourite - Fall flowers

Val from Gardening in a Sandbox and I attended the Landscape Ontario Expo Trade Show together this week by invitation to members of the Garden Writers Association.
I really liked the fall colours in these two displays so thought I'd share them this week.

My passion for echinacea is going to have to include 'Green Jewel' next year, what a beauty!

My friend Beth from Food as Art is hosting a PUMPKIN PARTY on Tuesday, October 26 and would like us to spread the word.  Pumpkin decor, pumpkins recipes, pumpkin costumes.......pumpkin everything.
To get the whole scoop visit here and join the fun.

See you there!

  1. Don't you just love visiting those garden shows? It's harder to garden down here in Texas, but I can dream, right?

  4. Hello Judith, What fabulous beauty at the fall trade expo! Love the mums and ornamental cabbage, or is it kale?
We garden in Zone 5 and our fall has been warmer than usual. I'm not complaining! It's 71 degrees this afternoon! Glad to hear your snow melted away. While snow too has its beauty, it's way too early!!! Have a great wknd, and thanks for spreading the word about the pumpkin party. I have some tasty recipes to share!
    Blessings and hugs, Beth

  8. Hi Judith: It sure was interesting to see all the new plants that will be offered next year. You didn't show everyone our headbands made by the ladies of Conestoga College. Ha Ha.
