Tea with Friends and Victoria

Sometimes a simple tea can be as delightful as an elegant one.  Start with a tray...

The one I'm using today has a stained glass water lily made by a gardening associate.

Add a pretty cup and saucer,

a posy of fragrant flowers from the garden,

some French buttery biscuits topped with dark chocolate,

and a pot of hot tea.

Oh yes, and one more thing...... the latest copy of my favourite magazine 'Victoria'.

Sandi, who lives in the province of Prince Edward Island hosts tea each Tuesday for guests at her blog Rose Chintz Cottage.
Kathy, from A Delightsome Life has been celebrating Victoria magazine for several weeks now and I hope you'll visit both of these ladies for tea and an appreciation of this lovely magazine.

  3. That cup of tea and its accompanying biscuits look like just the thing to revive flagging spirits at about 3 o'clock. I haven't seen the newest Victoria magazine - I'll have to have a look for it.
Your mosaic was lovely - that sky!......

  4. Good evening my friend,
Your tea is simply lovely and I love your tray! Those tea biscuits are really good; I think I served them last week. Beautiful flowers, and I presume they're from your garden? I took a quick peek at Victoria magazine and I'm looking forward to the Christmas issue already. Hope you have a wonderful week, Judith.

    Blessings,
    Sandi
