Mosaic Monday - Garden Party

It's not quite warm enough for a garden party but if it were, there'd be scones, sweets, flowers and good friends to visit with.

The lady seen here was the hostess of a garden party I attended a couple of years ago and she served strawberry shortcake.
Visit Mary at Little Red House for more mosaics.

  31. Hi Judith,

I had to come back....over hearing about your treadle experience. I've had several over the years along with my electronic machines...there is definitely an art to sewing on them....of which I never perfected by the way. :0) I think they are beautiful and admire the ladies that sew ONLY on a treadle...I'll stick with my fancy Babylock sewing and embroidery machine....thank you very much. :0)

I see that you were definitely meant to be a master gardener.....and not a sewer by the looks of your blog. ♥

    Hugs,
    Stephanie ♥
