The Hamilton Garden Club made the flower arrangements for Dundurn Castle. Everything is from the garden just as it would have been when the castle was lived in.
Here are two hallway table designs with fresh greenery, dried roses, hydrangea blooms, lavender, strawflowers and berries.
The swag over the fireplace in this room was done beautifully with dried hydrangeas, rose buds, berries and something green that I can't recall.
This silver centrepiece sat on the dining room table. The trailing ivy really sets it off, don't you think?
The members of the HGC are talented and their period decorations were just lovely to look at.........and the fragrance from the fresh greens was a bonus.
