Mosaic Monday

Well, here it is! My first mosaic to participate in Mosaic Monday and of course it had to be done in shades of purple.
I first saw one of these on Crafty Gardener's blog which lead me to the Little Red House where you can see a great number of them that other bloggers have put together. Some people have such talent and creative ideas.
Once my first mosaic was done, I made another and find them almost addictive to create. Now when I'm out with my camera I'm looking for objects to snap that can be connected for yet another one.
This could be a great new category for our horticultural society photo competitions. Hope you enjoy my first attempt and try making one yourself.

  10. Judith,

Your purple mosaic is gorgeous! I recognize so many of those pretty blossoms. I sure wish my lavender would grow like yours ... lol.
